A wide array of training options and technological training modules – such as e-training, video training, and interactive training sessions – are prepared by utilizing internal resources as part of the Educational Technology activities under Şişecam Academy. Employees are also provided with world class development resources based on a competency matrix via the Şişecam Academy Portal. Applications and training sessions are created using VR technology at Orientation and Technical Training levels. Post-production activities are undertaken at Şişecam Academy Studio by shooting videos using Greenbox technology.
