"Journey," our global talent management program, was launched to attract the right talent to Şişecam, unlock the potential of existing employees, and develop the leaders of the future. The program aims to identify and support high potential employees in order to expand their area of expertise, further develop their knowledge, and prepare them for leadership roles. The program facilitates end-to-end talent management through its integrated structure that includes recruitment, career management, succession, and development management.
As part of the program, exclusive content is prepared for Şişecam in conjunction with INSEAD Business School, reinforcing the leadership competencies of our managers, such as strategic thinking, change management, and innovation.
