University-Industry Partnerships

Under our partnerships with universities in Turkey and abroad, we create sustainable value for students, universities, and Şişecam. We work on real projects together with student interns through their final year graduation projects, while engaging in collaborations for master's and PhD thesis projects. We support the 2244 Industrial PhD Program under a partnership with TUBITAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) and our R&D Department. We work on R&D projects with PhD candidates in order to attract employees with PhDs to the industry.

We observe the areas of practice for theoretical knowledge that students learn in classes and share our experience with them through Şişecam branded courses.
